3.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
3.2 You can add products to the shopping cart and, at checkout, enter your contact details, the delivery or collection method and the payment method. Before submitting your order, you will see an overview of your details and can correct input errors or cancel the ordering process at any time.
3.3 By clicking the final order button with an obligation to pay at checkout, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your shopping cart. Immediately afterwards, you will receive an order confirmation by email. With this email, we accept your offer; the purchase contract is thereby concluded.
3.4 We store the text of the contract. You will receive your order details with the order confirmation by email. With the order confirmation, you will also receive these GTC and our cancellation policy as a PDF attachment. You can also access, save and print both texts on our website at any time (GTC, Cancellation Policy).
3.5 The language of contract is German.
We order items with the “Order now” button from our suppliers only after you have placed your order. Our Cancellation Terms for Pre-orders also apply; in particular, you can cancel a pre-order free of charge until it has been shipped.
5.1 All prices are final prices in euros and include statutory VAT.
5.2 Shipping costs are charged in addition: within Germany, we charge a flat rate of €5.99 for orders with a value of goods up to €49.99; from €50.00, delivery is free of charge. Collection in Munich is free of charge. Details can be found under Shipping & Payment Information. The shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart and at checkout before you complete your order.
6.1 We only deliver within Germany. Deliveries abroad and express shipping are only possible on request – please contact us before placing your order at info@seelenecho.online or +49 89 6142101-0.
6.2 You can collect your order free of charge in Munich by appointment (Karl-Gayer-Straße 2, 80997 München). We will contact you as soon as your order is ready.
6.3 The delivery time is stated on the product page and at checkout. We will inform you of any delays without delay.
6.4 If not all ordered items are in stock, we may deliver in parts, provided this is reasonable for you. This will not result in any additional shipping costs for you.
6.5 If an item is permanently unavailable through no fault of our own because our supplier does not deliver to us despite a timely order, we may withdraw from the contract to that extent. We will inform you of this without delay and refund any payments already made immediately.
7.1 The purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract. We currently offer the following payment methods: credit card (including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna and payment in advance by bank transfer. The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout.
7.2 For payment in advance, we ship the goods once payment has been received. If you pay via PayPal or Klarna, the terms and conditions of the respective provider also apply.
7.3 Further information can be found under Shipping & Payment Information.
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. The period, exercise and consequences of withdrawal as well as the model withdrawal form can be found in our Cancellation Policy. In the event of withdrawal, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
10.1 The statutory rights for defects apply.
10.2 Please report obvious transport damage to the carrier and to us as soon as possible so that we can secure our claims against the shipping company. Your statutory rights remain unaffected, even if you do not report such damage.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. In the case of simple negligence, we are otherwise only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose fulfilment you may rely); in this case, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
12.1 Unless stated otherwise, promotional discount codes can only be redeemed once per order, cannot be combined with other discounts and cannot be paid out in cash.
12.2 Gift vouchers can be redeemed until the end of the statutory limitation period (three years from the end of the year in which the voucher was purchased). Any remaining balance is retained until then. Cash payment is not possible.
13.1 Descriptions of healing stones, incense and spiritual applications reflect traditions and experiences. They are not promises of healing, not guaranteed properties, and do not replace medical or therapeutic treatment.
13.2 Gemstones and other natural products are unique items. Colour, grain and size may therefore differ from the product photos.
We process your personal data to handle your order. Details can be found in our Privacy Policy.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
16.1 German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
16.2 If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Munich.
16.3 Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid.
