We deliver within Germany. Deliveries abroad and express shipping are only possible on request – please contact us before placing your order at info@seelenecho.online or +49 89 6142101-0.

The shipping costs are a flat rate for all of Germany – regardless of postcode and weight – and include statutory VAT. The value of the goods in your order is decisive. The shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart and at checkout before you complete your order.

Collection in Munich

At checkout, you can choose collection instead of shipping: Karl-Gayer-Straße 2, 80997 München. Collection is free of charge and only possible by appointment. We will contact you by email as soon as your order is ready; please bring your order confirmation with you.

Shipping carrier

We ship with Deutsche Post / DHL. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive shipment tracking by email – where available.

Delivery time

The estimated delivery time is shown on the product page and at checkout. Items with the “Order now” button are ordered specifically for you; their delivery time is approx. 8–10 days. For more details, see our Cancellation Terms for Pre-orders.
